Safe Care Tailored To Your Needs
I offer a safe healing environment for everyone aged newborn to 102. You will be cared for in a comfortable, family-friendly, scent-free environment. Communication is key: we work as partners in your care, and I am here to help guide you on your wellness journey. Before beginning any treatment I will explain to you what we are going to do, and why. I will take the time to fully listen to your concerns and explain your treatment options in depth, as well as what to expect. I utilize a wide variety of chiropractic techniques (click to view) and your treatment plan is tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
Christine Bird has changed my life. As a Nia teacher I am well aware of the benefits of keeping our bodies moving freely and easily. Christine has helped me keep mobility and stability in balance. I have been in and out of Christine’s office for at least 15 years. She has helped me recover from car accident injuries,sports knee injuries and overuse inflammations. In between theaccidents and injuries. the maintenance appointments help me keep my spine aligned and flexible. And life is just plain better when you’re aligned and flexible. I am oh so grateful that I discovered Christine and her informed, careful and complete care.

What to Expect
Prior to First Visit: Before we meet, I ask that you complete forms detailing your symptoms and health history. Please allow 30 – 40 minutes for this. You can pick these up beforehand at my office; you can complete them in the office before our appointment; or we can send you a link so you can easily complete them online.
First Visit:
Please allow 60 minutes for your first visit. A thorough history and exam are essential to diagnose and formulate your treatment plan. I will review your intake forms so I can better understand your symptoms and history.
You will receive a series of painless diagnostic tests. These might include postural analysis; muscle testing; orthopedic testing; and range of motion testing. X-Rays, if needed, will be referred out.
I will analyze the results of your tests, and we will discuss the findings, options for care, and treatment plan. I welcome your questions and will do my best to address any concerns you may have. (If I feel that chiropractic is not the best choice for you, then I would help you find the appropriate referral for your needs.)
Depending on whether additional diagnostic tests are needed you may have your first adjustment during your first visit.
Follow-up Visits: There are three stages of care:
first – get rid of the pain;
second – make the correction;
third – make you strong enough that you can hold your adjustments with a minimum of care
PLEASE REMEMBER: ROUTINE CARE IS ESSENTIAL FOR MAINTAINING WELLNESS
